| I am an Executive Coordinator of the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Society. My career in non-profit arts administration began in 2000 when I was hired by South Dakotans for the Arts after completing her bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University in Music Merchandising.
I have served on several local arts boards, including the Sioux Empire Arts Council and First Night Sioux Falls; consulted for arts education programs at Children’s Care Hospital and School; and worked as a marketing consultant and independent promoter. I currently serve as a board member of the charter South Dakota State University Staters for State Sioux Empire Chapter and on the Sioux Falls Orpheum Theater board.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota, emphasizing in Leadership Studies and Non-Profit Administration.
I live in downtown Sioux Falls with my husband, son and two cats.
